Tungstenwake

Privacy policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

This policy explains what Tungstenwake collects when you use the game and this website, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, do not show advertising, and do not use third-party tracking or analytics scripts on the website or in the game.

Cookies

The game uses one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. The website sets no cookies of its own. Stripe's checkout and billing pages set their own cookies under Stripe's privacy policy.

Who else sees data

Stripe processes payments and receives your email address and the plan you choose. Resend delivers our transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing notices) and receives your email address. Our servers are hosted at Hostinger. Each acts as a processor under its own agreement with us. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and gameplay data stay for as long as your account exists. Security records are kept for one year and billing records for two years, as required for accounting. When you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days except what we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can see and change your display name in the game, and manage your subscription from your account page. To access, export, correct or delete the rest of your data, or to object to how we use it, email support@tungstenwake.games. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and subscribing requires you to be an adult or to have a parent or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has created an account without permission, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

We will post updates to this policy here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the application before they take effect.
